Lead singer of MaRZ, Zlatko Hukic, was born in Croatia. He moved to America, when he was 10, and lived with an alcoholic father. He was a smart boy though, he worked afterschool jobs only to get fired and collect Unemployment, which went to producing records. One day he was discovered by the already popular music group Ministry, while working as an intern at the famed Trax Studio. He later joined Ministry. This musical break started his live career playing to thousands.

When the popularity of Ministry faded, Hukic became MARZ and alone produced Lung Fu Mo She, an aggressive heavy combination of hip-hop, thrash and industrial beats. He recruited up members from the former Ministry to join him, and had a live show spectacular. Then, in 2001, MARZ entered a new era into the Dark Carnival, joining the BiZAar/BizZaR Tour, opening for the ICP. Now MARZ is a member of Dark Lotus, The Bloody Brothers, and is currently rocking with his boy KAOS.
