THE PENDULUM SWINGS IN DECEMBER AS INSANE CLOWN POSSE'S FOURTH SPECIAL SHIPS WITH AN EXCLUSIVE NEW ICP CD SINGLE!

The wicked clowns of the rap scene, the Insane Clown Posse are back in full force this December from Chaos! Comics. Written by Jesse Leon McCann with art by Jerry (Mankind) Beck, ICP: The Pendulum finds the Clownz battling for their lives and the very planet.

Up to this point, ICP has constantly been stopping the nefarious machinations of a dark being, intent on taking over the world at every turn.

That's about to change.

"In response to the ICP's interference, the malevolent being has conjured up a pair of warriors to fight the Insane Clowns," McCann says. "This evil pair is known as Jam II Madrox and the Monoxide Child - better known as Twiztid!"

Let the mayhem begin. Will it ever end? Only the Clownz know for sure. And the story is only the beginning. Every issue of The Pendulum will ship with an exclusive CD single of a NEVER BEFORE RELEASED ICP SONG, but even that is just the start. The next 12 ICP comic specials from Chaos! Comics will ship with an exclusive CD single. When all the singles are put together, fans will have ICP's newest CD, a 12 song Clown fest called The Pendulum!

"It's going to take a little while for the full CD to come out, but it's going to be worth it for ICP fans," says Gregg Pisani, editor of the ICP specials. "After all, you wind up with a brand new CD worth of ICP songs that you can't get anywhere else - what could be cooler?" The Pendulum represents the first time a rock group has attempted a CD ship program of this magnitude, but if anyone can do it - the Clownz can!

Insane Clown Posse comic specials have been selling out across the country in both comic retail shops as well as specialty stores like Hot Topic, garnering attention from new readers who are discovering comics for the first time. "Insane Clown Posse #1 moved right through my store in a hurry," says Todd McDevitt of New Dimension Comics in Cranberry Township, PA. "I was very pleased with the new faces the special brought in as well as how fast it sold."

Insane Clown Posse #4 is a full color, 32-page comic that comes polybagged with an exclusive CD single and retails for $5.95 and ships in December.
